OverviewThe refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To complete your refund, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Refunds can be made on items that arrive damaged. Please immediately take photographs of the damage and send them to me, in some cases I may ask for the item to be sent back to me via Pudo. *
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved the refund will be paid into your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items & free gifts
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Free gifts cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can only be made on damaged or defective prints. If your print arrives damaged, please immediately take photographs of the damage and send them to me. Prints can only be exchanged for the same exact print. If you need to exchange a print – please get in touch with me to discuss the exchange process.
* To return your item, you should Pudo the item back to the Pudo lockers at the Whale Coast Mall, Sandbaai, Hermanus, 7200.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
